Today I am thankful for my amazing oxo peeler. It makes peeling things almost fun because it is so uber-powerful. It peels a butternut squash like it's nothing, and if you've ever tried to peel a butternut squash, this is a big deal! It also has done a great job of peeling my finger more than once...
