Day 107: April 17, 2011

Today I am thankful for Sundays.

When I think of Sundays, I think about sleeping in, brunch, open houses, and-in a nutshell- wrapping up the week. This Sunday did not disappoint.

The husband and I started the morning with a walk to one of my favorite dog parks, Duboce Park in the Castro.

Zoe had a fabulous time romping around, but I'm not going to lie, the real motivation for the walk was to visit Four Barrel Coffee in the Mission. A destination on the Big Eat list, I was more than excited to try their coffee and the donut that made the list.

Delish! I'm a sucker for a good latte!
The donut wasn't terrible either...

The house got a good deep cleaning, Nick and I went to a few open houses in the neighborhood, and we made some rocking pulled pork sandwiches for dinner. All in all, a great day that left me ready to conquer the week! Bring it on Monday! And I'm only saying that because I don't work tomorrow:)

  1. Four Barrel is one of my favorite places!!!! MMM! Their coffee is amazing!! And, their lattes are sweet, simple and wonderful. Saw that you are following Sew Melly ... Melissa is actually family. Love this blog of yours! XO!

  2. i love yellow houses and that one behind zoe is so so cute! especially with the pink tree. sounds like an awesome day!

  3. Caroline- It was such a great place! I can't believe I haven't stumbled upon it before-shame!
I was introduced to Sew Melly when you posted the link to her contest, I didn't know you were related, but I like her blog a lot!

Bern-I'm partial to yellow houses myself. And pink trees. Winning combo!
