Day 99: April 9, 2011

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Johnny's Ristorante with almost all of the Rose family and almost all of the Haskell family. Almost three years ago, the husband and I celebrated our engagement at the very same restaurant. And I ordered the very same meal. Why? Because it's amazing. 

Today I am thankful for calamari steak. Not the deep friend rings and tentacles that make up most calamari dishes (which I am also quite fond of), but the big, tender, slabs of pure calamari meat with a delicious, creamy lemon sauce. It's the stuff dreams are made of. 

And the company was OK too.
