Today was my first day "flying solo" in my new job. I was the only one in the office so I had no one to ask questions or look to when I wasn't sure of something. It always takes a day like that to make me realize what I actually do know and what I don't. It was A-Okay.
But what I'm thankful for today was some alone time.
Having the space to myself was both lonely and awesome at the same time. I was twice as productive and got to play my music loud and proud. I definitely prefer to not be sequestered in an office by myself every day, but every now and then I will happily accept. :)
